  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Availability and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date of order processing, depending on your location within the UAE.

  • International Delivery: Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: A flat rate of 25 AED applies to all orders below 150 AED. Orders above 150 AED qualify for free shipping.

  • International Shipping: Charges are calculated based on destination and weight of the order. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Omorfo has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

6. Delivery Partners

  • We partner with reputable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment status.
